I checked out neighborhoodscout.com but I am wondering what good competitors are out there, and if there are any free (or lower cost) alternatives.

I've heard they tend to be pricier than their competitors, but have shorter timelines due to the way they do project management.It might make sense if paying a premium for faster project completion fits into your business model.

Unfortunately your competitors for these funds are scam artists who will say anything to get someone to hand over their money.

The competitors all provide washers/dryers, some free and some coin-operated.

If you have competitors, you made a bad purchase.A "get to know you" party is lots of fun, but I don't think such has any strategic importance to you.

We're far from perfect, but we cringe at how some of our local competitors operate and have a mission to prove how we take our responsibilities seriously.May we make a suggestion to save yourself time?

Lots of bedrooms is the ultimate amenity, and pretty difficult for competitors to copy 😊

If my competitors start to then MAYBE I would.
