I'm curious—where do most hard money lenders source their funding?

Hey BP Community,I am wanting to get into flipping and I have the construction experience but am lacking the cash or money to fund a deal.

I currently do not have enough funds to fund a down payment and am trying to find the most efficient way to save.

They seem to be a reputable company, but nothing beats personal testimonies!

I had two different companies.. one in Oakland CA circa 88 to 92 all investors all private and all 100% of funds for loans put up from the investors. 

The key is by leveraging OPM (Other People’s Money).Do you have private money lenders in your circle who might fund the deal in exchange for equity or some interest?

ONLY purchase training if its with funds you can afford to lose because of the failure rate.making connections is important and where success can come from.

You'll want to ask about their experience, read reviews, understand their availability, pricing, insurance / bonding, and how they safeguard their funds.

Keep in mind I started funding TK providers in 2002 and have done over 4000 of those deals for those companies over the years so pretty familiar with the model.Also keep in mind many investors simply wont partner with anyone they want total control..
