The real thing you need to look at is whether you are going to get enough clarity from the camera you purchase to actually be able to prosecute. 

I am going to go on an educational binge for the next 2-3 months, and see if any clarity comes about.

@Tiffany Da SilvaHi Tiffany,Just for clarity - when you say $3,300/month cashflow - that is $3,300 more in income than expenses for the property?  

This approach helps ensure clarity and protects you as the landlord.

On listing side, again was fully compliant but now just adding 1 more disclosure and agreement to it all drawing it all out in "crayola" as seller defines THERE choice, that it is there choice, and most importantly the extra clarity on dual agency because THAT is biggest impact I see coming, a whole lot MORE dual agency.
