As we’re beginning to get a grasp on the scale of the challenges ahead we wanted to highlight a few areas of note and concern that is already influencing the local and national real estate market.

They are very nice and can be helpful providing you what you can and cannot build on your property (Set back, height restrictions, front look etc).

On the other hand, if you're aiming for long-term rental properties, getting prequalified with a lender specializing in traditional loans or DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans is key.

Be nice if they zoned certain areas that this would be allowed in.

With those in mind, would a portfolio purchase get you there quicker, maybe.
