Nope can mention any that will be better risk reward than making the Delta on a 3% loan in the US.. 

It's a MTRIt's definitely a little more headache than a typical LTR, but you're rewarded for the effort with much better cash flow.

But you do something that fits your risk profile and lets you reap the reward.

Respect their time by giving them the information they need to include or exclude your listing quickly, and then earn their respect by answering all correspondence quickly.Making life easier for the frazzled person trying to do their job is its own reward.

@Steve Morris are you assuming the risk is high based on the reward?

STR can provide more cash (potentially), but its a high risk high reward strategy - if you invest in the furniture, staging, photos, and management or self manage, there is a lot of time and money invested.

Given your limited cash and high DTI, refinancing after boosting rents might balance risk and reward best.

But then I am taking risk , the contractor doesnt share in the reward .
