Besides the local Chamber offering a free work space, they also offer conference rooms and catering at reasonable daily rates.

The Chamber of Commerce is one of the best places to find that metering,  You could probably get that information from a local and experienced Agent of real estate.

If I HAD found human remains or a torture chamber I probably would have titled the post "Human remains found during inspection" or "Torture Chamber, Duplex" In my opinion, the above is disturbing.. not creepy.The possibility of taking a shower and having someone peeping through a hole in the ceiling is creepy in my opinion.
