As they were waiting next to the house, this neighbor cop stopped right next to them and let them know that that airbnb is illegal in that area .The HOA doesn't allow short term rental, the city of Orlando,FL on the other hand allows 30+ days of rental, yet the cop acts like a judge and scares away potential costumers and causes loss of income to me.

Unfortunately, against my advise (and my former company's " costumers is always right" attitude).

If the one doing the marketing does not own the property that they are marketing they are marketing a property "for another" no matter what they choose to tell themselves.This is no more a misinterpretation than I am an astronaut or big purple cartoon dinosaur...All laws are open to interpretation in this country what do you think lawyers and judges do for us everyday...

I know that the true source of it comes from pop culture(the news, movies, TV shows, cartoons, music, etc....all forms of brainwashing) divide and conquer is real..... 

I'm picturing a cartoon/figure drawing...shoot, what are those funny drawings of people....charactures (sp?)?

Put on your cheerleader costume and continue to encourage people to be dishonest!

Than you add some upgrades (at costumers request)to your cost of square footage.

My job was really to educate my client from whatever level they were at and I can tell you any older adult with a 6th grade formall education wasn't dumb and showing cartoons to them was rather insulting at times. 

Most of the best contractors are busy enough that they do not need to pay a fee on these websites in order to get work.Try to find a contractor recommended by a happy costumer. 

It really depends how the company management ideology is and if they have options for a more costume service.
