We currently accept rent from tenants using a variety of 3rd party apps-Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle but are moving away from accepting payments in our individual names and want to start accepting payments directly to the LLC/business accounts, but LLC accounts do not accept Zelle and there is a fee for using business accounts on Venmo.

The issue is not the contract, the issue is going to be enforcing the contract, the individual who was selling this could hold this up for years and cost you tens of thousands in legal fees, and then they file bankruptcy and stall it another 5 years.

@Kyle Kulhanek Are you planning to transfer the property into an LLC owned by both individuals on title? 

Most of the ultra wealthy individuals sacrifice a lot to obtain their wealth, and I won’t make those same sacrifices.Similarly, I don’t desire to have 5% body fat because I don’t want to put in the effort required for it.I understand that ultra wealthy is subjective, but the main point stands. 

Wrongfully terminating individuals not only disrupts their lives and livelihoods but also reflects a lack of respect for their rights as employees.

Though the buildings are attached, the guest rooms all have individual exterior entrances with no interior connection to the residence. 

What is the recourse for the tenant who signed the lease under each individuals name?
