DSCR loans are asset based, not personal DTI, and can in ideal conditions allow you to pull all of your money back out of the deal and then some, or a lot more.

Best answer is to create your own comp if you build the same place over and over and to continue to set once a year or so if you can in my opinion.

That will have to change or there will need to be a big fat disclosure from the listing agent that they are in no way representing the buyer even though they are writing the contract and handling all the inspections and such.
