I enjoy all of the best things life has to offer outdoors and I am a social butterfly!

Think vineyard, flowers, bees butterflies, bring out the beauty of nature,  and I can't see why a barn wouldn't be the perfect wedding venue.I am allergic to marriages... but if some green  3 boobbied smeksie alien lured me into marriage and she showed me thisI think I would say "I do"..maybe..

Hi Josh a couple of things  you said yourself your gut is saying pass and since it is your first deal your not sure if it is just butterflies or not, always listen to your gut and as you do more transactions you will learn if it's just the excitement of the deal or a true warning.

So with butterflies in my stomach and ambition in my heart, I approached them.

Going up and knocking on the door certainly gave me the butterflies because you have no idea what you're getting yourself into. 

Others are the social butterflies of the street and will make their own introductions.

I literally got paid to skip through meadows identifying plants and butterflies.

and BP is a perfect place to have all views out in the open, even when those views aren't of rainbows and butterflies.  

That and the struggle of the butterfly.
