West side has it's tough neighborhoods, but you can cash flow. also, you should brush up on the Chicago LTO to make sure u are compliant (or if renting in the city is even worth it, some guys skip Chicago all together and go into the suburbs...

If people do not have an intimate knowledge of something then they do not need to be writing blogs giving people inaccurate information with broad brush strokes about an industry.Restaurants can do well but like any other sub-asset class of commercial retail you have to buy right and know how to properly underwrite.

The PM is likely aware of this and trying to brush it under the rug by trying to convince the owner to take on this tenant anyway.The tenant in this case likely also has a legitimate suit for the cost of the renter's insurance.My advice to the OP: FORGET ABOUT THE DOG.

SO not being stupid we lifted it up onto the scaffolding to make it easy to pour into smaller containers as we hand brushed it on into the grain.
