Maybe you collect a finder's fee if you were the one that brought the property to the groups attention.

That is not luck, that is not random, that is suicide.So conclusion,  the people you are trying to skip trace (and pay money for to skip trace) are not just "a bad " audience.They are the worst possible audience.

The only real changes brought by the settlement are requiring buyers to sign an agency agreement prior to seeing properties, and the removal of the buyers agent commission from the MLS listing.
