The only real changes brought by the settlement are requiring buyers to sign an agency agreement prior to seeing properties, and the removal of the buyers agent commission from the MLS listing.

I first heard about it on a podcast and even the person who brought it up couldn't explain it so it made any sense. 

I have another one were I optioned 120 acres that just got brought into long term planning for chips act. paid 5 million for it and spend 10k a month negative..

1.To extract equity in your property by re-mortgaging if you brought the property with a mortgage is normally not possible, it might be if you have extensive building improvements. 2.Getting a mortgage on a property you own 100% of is usually possible.

I’ve had about a 60% turnover on units that were under and I’ve brought current.

This was available a few years ago but I called last year (after they moved to a single platform with Expedia, etc.) and they still haven't brought it back.
