For investor rates, never saw it break through that floor or heard of it.

I’ve tried contacting HUD, etc. it’s like no one is helping me and I need a breakthrough with this situation.

I am very experienced as an operator of mid sized apartment buildings, but my desire to invest in real estate is a new breakthrough for me.

This allows me to clear my mind and think about things and many times major break throughs happen during this time of reflection and many times this is the time I'm at the gym working out.

When I think of the apartments in my building, I could break a doorway through the wall and combine the 2 kitchens into one, and then break through the hall area outside the bedrooms and combine the bedroom areas.
