Hi Team,I am looking to buy brand new properties that are getting built here Herbert Avenue, Cincinnati 45215.

The roofer gave me a invoice with high level bill of material, and a statement that it has 2 years of warranty and brand name of the shingles.It does not say brand name warranty or model or batch number etc. 

I have been branded as just no-fact Cryer to undermine my valid experience based on technically of junior partner, old company etc.

Are there any brands you recommend or would stay away from.

We saw a large influx of section 8 re-inspections (and even new inspections) coming back and saying that the properties needed fresh paint, new countertops, etc.

I’m brand new here, got the recommendation to join this site through a book I listened to on the way to work today.

So we're wondering if we'd get more by selling when they look great/fresh?

I would buy from a brand that is offering 1.9% financing like Hyduai.

One way to do this is with brand new construction.

I have a brand new renovated unit that hit the market mid-November and it has been brutal trying to rent it.
