Would you have the same issue if he had beer bottle caps laying around or a keg in the garage?

@Mike Hurney  I have 40 years at this... and your dead wrong.. the best we do for each other is pick up lunch.. or a bottle of wine  etc. 

@Jose Guevarra  OK makes a big difference ... in those areas homes are dime a dozen in the major D and C class areas.. and they are the price of a great bottle of wine in many cases... so I can see the guys point....

They told me how much it would cost, and I paid them.I did buy water/gatorade/juice and put it into a cooler on a day that was really hot, but then I saw half-drunk bottles all around my house, and stopped that.

We have a reservation set for Sunday March 13th at Broken Top Bottle Shop in Bend.  

I thought i hit the gold mine then checked out property and the people there have liquor bottles throughout the property.

One suggested La's Amazing cleaner, it is a yellow cleaner in a simple clear bottle from Dollar Tree.

Brother tried to help them buy it back in the end I rented to them for a year ( when I could have just evicted and sold)  they then failed to pay rent and wife swallowed a bottle of pills  she survived... but you can imagine that household.2. another one in deep denial single man.... would not leave I finally after 6 months of no rent and him telling me he would move etc... we had to do a forced eviction..

We had various spices, condiments, and even provided a bottle of wine for each guest stay.
