@Jose Guevarra OK makes a big difference ... in those areas homes are dime a dozen in the major D and C class areas.. and they are the price of a great bottle of wine in many cases... so I can see the guys point....

They told me how much it would cost, and I paid them.I did buy water/gatorade/juice and put it into a cooler on a day that was really hot, but then I saw half-drunk bottles all around my house, and stopped that.

Brother tried to help them buy it back in the end I rented to them for a year ( when I could have just evicted and sold) they then failed to pay rent and wife swallowed a bottle of pills she survived... but you can imagine that household.2. another one in deep denial single man.... would not leave I finally after 6 months of no rent and him telling me he would move etc... we had to do a forced eviction..
