A great book I gift to new RE investors is Profit First by Mike Michalowicz and it goes into detail about what types of accounts to open as a business owner. 

I will bet $5, in 3-6 mo you may move again.PS the best landlording book I read is:  Landlording on autopilot.

Hey Joshua - David Greene's book is a great place to start.

Sure there’s other things that he’s helped with that are local to this market.im  still reading the book I mentioned above which has been great while I’m preparing to make an offer on my first house.
