Any tips and input are greatly appreciated? 

Are there any members in Madison County, Illinois who can provide any guidance on the eviction process, with any tips or lessons learned. 

I understand the BRRRR method is not all that it used to be in the past years, but given that I have a lot of capital to play with, I figured that I would still be able to find ways to make it applicable.Does anybody have any suggestions/tips for me?

One small tip: keep your communication channels clear and open with your property manager.

Any tips you could give me on this in terms of viability?

The other tip I would say is really get a good relationship going with a realtor in the area if you do not have one to give you the exact data you are looking for to be successful.

My number 1 tip would be to go off market and find owner that wants to sell at a discount / prefers speed and convenience.
