Battery tech is changing the game but it's insanely expensive. 

Batteries are at 98% so that isn't the issue.For those that have other smart locks, have you seen anything like that?

@Derek MorrisonIt sounds high… but we don’t know anything about each unit… size in tons, furnace specs, etc.  

The tenant told the inspector that the battery was removed from the device because. her son smokes hookah. 

Battery is still 99% after almost 2 month although I am not sure how accurate that is.The reason I choose Schlage over Kwikset is it seems Schlage still is updating their App quite frequently.

what if the spec level of the build you are entitled for isn't what the users need?

Land   my target market for infill it has taken me 2 years to land a lot that will work.. put it into escrow last month..  900k spec house. 

Typically it’s a (spec) builder.

Have built a couple dozen homes since my early 20's, on the side as specs and for us personally. 

@Ryan ThomaAs a private money broker, I find that each lender has their strength and weaknesses when it comes to building spec homes.
