In addition to making connections here you should try to attend some local in person meetups.

There's plenty of info to soak up on BP but make sure you also attend local meet ups, even if they might be on other islands and network with local investors.

From my experience, attending local meetups, lending-specific events, and networking with experienced investors can open doors.

I atttended a “live” seminar and all the people in the chat were bots (called out several by name and asked qs, no response) attended same seminar again w same bots and same statements.

Invariably about 75% or more of the positive reviews come from people who say they attended RADDs Wealth Retreats or conventions, suggesting a more cult like/beholden nature to their reviews perhaps.

This often leads to complacency which is seen by the trail off of attendance at these meetings.

I attended local meet-ups, joined real estate associations, and even reached out to experienced professionals in my area.
