If it's annoying, I agree, lawsuits after-the-fact ARE very annoying and due to such that's why everyone get's to enjoy this new universal annoyance. 

It can be annoying at times but for the most part, if you have a good tenant, it shouldn't be too bad.

The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying.

It's true that I'm surprised that $30k/month as a goal comes off as annoying to so many, in 2024.

So we are having to get creative with fb marketplace and stuff.Even stuff as simple as changing out locks to smart locks can be annoying and difficult if you're as non-technical and non-handy as I am!

We were spending a ton of money on fax paper that was full of unsolicited advertising for - well - fax paper among other annoying things.

It's annoying, but it's not terrible.

You should annoy your agent if  she is your agent.
