I’m in the process of evaluating the purchase of a laundromat and looking to engage with some folks to ask some questions. 

I can't believe anyone would stoop so low as to engage in reverse trolling on these forums.

It’s refreshing to see someone leveraging both traditional methods and community engagement... it’s a solid mix.
