A woman speaker said that she jacks her prices up pretty high for vacancies that are months away, and she drops them down lower when they're a month away or so--kinda like airline prices.

Of course, a judge will not read the "for any reason or no reason" out clause in a vacuum, and will also consider the fact that their is no mortgage financing contingency, but how can I prove that I am not backing out due to financing reasons, but rather due to the fact that I was induced into signing the contract by a seller making false claims about the commercial tenant?

My tenant caused damage by leaving carpets with excessive cat urine and vomit all over, burnt holes in it with hot coals in a plastic bucket and pretty much never vacuumed stairs, cleaned shower etc etc.She wanted some TV wires back that she left so she was organizing a painter to come and fill the holes and repaint them.

You know that breaker 11 trips when you plug in the Christmas tree lights and run the vacuum, etc.This is a chance for you to see if landlording is something up your alley.I would be hesitant about renting to friends or family if you want to stay on good terms with them.I all comes down to cash flow.
