I really admire his thought process and U guys are in the same state.. although I think you glossed over some of what Ramsey said.. 

If you tell them where you are coming from and how you are 16 years old already reading books on Real Estate Investing, people are going to admire your drive and aspiration. 

A writer I admire contributes here and I’ve been hooked for months.

@Gabriel BenavidezYou really can't go wrong with index mutual funds, specifically Vanguard Total Stock Market Index Fund Admiral Shares (VTSAX), requires minimum of $10,000 to start or Vanguard 500 Index Fund Investor Shares (VFINX), requires minimum of $3,000.

Two of the guys I admire on BP @Jay Hinrichs and @Steve Vaughan  could probably tell you multiple stories like this and last I checked, they are always the ones giving advice instead of seeking it... to me that means you are on the right track. 

Hello guys thought it’d be interesting to start a discussion about ************* (real estate guru) me and my sister went to a free seminar in Miami FL and signed up for a 997$ 3day real estate course from 9-6pm Starting June 7th 2019 - June 9th 2019 Me and my sis split the payment, the whole “we are a business real estate knowledge isn’t free” i mean I’ve been to many of these free seminars and they all pitch you some insane price for real estate education or training or some “elite course” farce companies like Renatus etc.. however since i admire ************* and 997$ wasn’t that much compared to what I’ve seen in the past we ended up signing up i will GLADLY update you guys to see if it was worth it or if i learned anything.

Years later I stand with them and admire their investing technique and I am modifying it so that it works well for my situation.How do I define a 'Mom and Pop Investor'?
