Yes, but your "highest and best use" is being an accountant to your clients, not handling the minutia of your RE portfolio!

The contractors who do work for me have zero issues with me sourcing the material if disclosed up front and not holding them accountable for any material issues.  

If this is a "store bought" fire place (not a wood stove) then usually only processed presto logs are appropriate because they burn at a constant speed and keep the heat down.  

We currently accept rent from tenants using a variety of 3rd party apps-Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle but are moving away from accepting payments in our individual names and want to start accepting payments directly to the LLC/business accounts, but LLC accounts do not accept Zelle and there is a fee for using business accounts on Venmo.

its crazy how he has put accounts in here with only 1 post to talk positive about pace morby's mentorship, this guy is such a scam and I am not the only one exposing him...
