Business Management and Marketing are rather broad and general majors based on my experience and if you stay with them, you may end up with a $35k job out of school, or working one of the "Management Trainee" programs at say Enterprise, that have a high failure rate.My path was Accounting, and it's provided me a salary in my first 10 years that has allowed me to save up for down payments on properties, as well as easily qualify for loans w/ my steady salary.

Thanks.J/K Joshua Dorkin - So far, it appears we have several BP members who are proven investors with track records willing to provide mentorship in some type of group effort that would focus on the trainee's specific market.

The female partner, first rehab, ran the entire project, hired all the sub's, did a bunch of work herself,  completed in six weeks, the master rehabber with his trainee, on their third project" took them eight weeks. 

Crazy idea - Ask him for a trainee that's done well and go talk to them.Think a lot of these classes rely on you sinking a bunch of money into them as the motivation to keep going.

The reason I bring up my role as PR is because I've actually received a handful of great letters from my own trainees, who's staff apparently never made the connection.

It's tough to compete.I agree but I do see deals all the time, I track it on a daily basisnot impossible doing it solo but would be very risky in my opinion, i'm a realtor and have my appraisal trainee license as well, my dad is a retired GC and I've been around and involved in real estate my whole life but I would really like to team up with a group or an investor who I could helphave you ever door knocked preforeclosures?
