So risk reward and they all closed in time so the builder did not have his bank foreclosing on them.

If I have to go through all that I should have the reward myself not give it over for 10000 +1000 !!!

It is all about the thrill of the chase, the analysis, the risk v reward...

My risk profile is moderate - medium risk reward.

If you're as good as you claim to be, it should be easy to show that the rewards outweigh the risk. 

Now sometimes I would get a credit for a new lead but you have to write a detailed explanation every time I would ask for refund and wouldn't always get it rewarded. 

Seems like most of them never got the RISK / REWARD concept.
