My longest recent rehab was 2.25 months and added a half bathroom, took down 4 walks including load bearing, put up 3 walls, new plumbing, electrical, flooring, huge percentage of drywall, an eye brow porch, new kitchen with full layout change and new bathroom with full layout change.  

Management doesn't get a percentage of cleaning fees so something seems off or else its just very different there than here in Illinois or Tennessee. btw: Is there any way to eliminate the propane?

That would mark the third rate cut in a row, a full percentage point lower since they started cutting in September.

Raising rent by a specific percentage isn't a very accurate way of handling this.

The original deed listed multiple owners and percentages including her 8% interest, and now myself and the other owners want to sell the property---how do we get this retitled into my account (or my name) in order to facilitate the sale?

There are a large percentage of guests not wanting a log cabin.

In reality it was quite a number of other people doing it together and the person making the post only owns a small percentage and they’re really making the post in order to gain limited partners. 

Your pay is more likely to be salary than a percentage (except for the REALLY big stuff).
