Not sure if you’ve test driven any of the vehicles you’re interested in, but doing so may take a couple off your potential list.A 3/4 ton truck is probably overkill for what you need.

The tream would be overkill.  

You can do that from the begining, but might be overkill (since you'll have to learn to properly manage an LLC and there will be some costs associated).

@Colleen F. n WA is a title and escrow state he simply needs to walk into any title company with his contract that he can buy at office depot.. in this area they are called Stevens Ness forms.. fill in the blanks and for this simple transaction that is all that is needed title co will handle the rest.. lawyer would be over kill....

Anthony Warren setting up an LLC seems overkill to me when starting out.

So often we get disillusioned at what we think is the overkill of government intervention. 

Putting a listing on the MLS with a double sized Co-op fee, might be overkill.
