Some people respond that they have "plans" to build, but I find that a large percentage of the people I'm calling / texting have had "plans" to build for over 10 years .... my goal is to just keep these leads warm so that when they are ready to let go of the property they think of me first.Part of the issue with the idea of "casting a wide net" is that we have pretty specific neighborhoods and criteriafor what will work with our business model.

Is Sam's Club the best place to purchase pots and pans and other Kitchen supplies, as well as Bath towels, Sheets etc.?

Instead of your properties being in one big pot, they are now in separate bowls. 

I've already been down that road with pot smokers. 

@Drey Taylor We had a tenant fall asleep with a pot of grease on the stove in one of our properties, and burned the entire kitchen down along with causing significant smoke damage to the rest of the property.

I worked hard in the professional world and earned my first pot of gold.

Drip, Keurig, whatever...just have one. 8 - Cooking supplies...you will NEED at least a few pots and pans of various sizes.

The world really is out there for you, but to be a winner you'll need to suffer if you aren't starting out with a pot full of money.
