I did make a mistake of making a website for my space and using it for direct bookings, and the city has copied my website and claims this is proof of "Residential Home being used as an event rental facility"I removed the website but got ANOTHER letter form the city this week saying my neighbors have sent in yet 4 more complaints of my home.

My space rent is 410 and I rent it out for 1100.

I'm booked quite solidly and receive comments about my Space Age theme.Another thought:Do you have a business structure? 

I actually switched to STR during the pandemic here in Chicago because I wasn't willing to discount the long-term rent so much (had trouble renting my space out). 

It is a legal 3 unit brownstone but I went a little too nuts with the renovation of my space in the home.

Now I’m too old, and I like my space, and privacy.

My business turns out to be not that lucrative and renting my space to another tenant would be the buildings highest and best use.

My space is 858 sq ft, 2 bed 1 bath home.

Turning one of my spaces now for a food distributor that signed a 5 year lease.  

Does nobody remember how quickly Myspace vanished?
