I still have access to the old app and it started doing that recently - uggh.

We never or seldom use signs on properties. and get the best quality apps from MLS, Zillow and CL in that order. 

We use an ai app to appeal our property taxes, instead of paying legal fees.

Some common names you'll see thrown around a lot: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend you search for each of those apps online and see what they offer, how much they charge, etc.

I will definitely do a trial of the app to see if it fits my needs.

They have an app that works fine and didn’t have any issues with them transferring from Titan to Axos.

I'll repeat the obvious too----Take a video, there are lots of apps and hacks and tutorials on how this can be done.
