@Brian Benton Hey man, I know this is a little old, but so far this is one of the few post I’ve found about Lebanon.

I have several projects and I'm in need of a good handyman service. If anyone could refer me to a good company, please give me the contact info. 

Lebanon or Duquesne Heights area depending on what types of cash flow positive places I can find.Hoping someone out there has had positive experience in that area or nearby areas with single family home rental properties and can share some insight.

Currently looking to buy single family houses on the West (Brownsburg, Danville) and Northwest (Lebanon, Whitestown) Side.

Chris Wallace Investor from Lebanon, Ohio, If you could find 100% financing for 30 years at 5% you would still have negative cash flow.Are you using a std. mortgage calc to figure this out?

Also, there are 2 held in Harrisburg that are also great as well as York, Lancaster, and Lebanon.
