They also sell add-ons that allow you to accept cards instead of coins, but I don't know what machines they fit on. 

For that reason, I am looking to purchase a duplex or a single family with either an existing ADU or potential to add one.

If all else fails you could add on a co-host but something tells me you'll be wildly successful doing this on your own.
