If he is a drug dealer you will have random people stopping by.

They’re going to call you a “dealer” and count your real estate as inventory. 

Just research online and usually there are a few used mobile home dealers in your state you can find on Facebook.

ZERO I wonder why car dealers wont let you leave or call you a be back.. because no one comes back. same in RE or this type of RE sales were there are 50 markets to choose from and 100 folks to talk to .

projects we looked at were in Oregon and if your doing actual MH and your doing a larger project like 100 to 200 units it can take a few years to many years to fill them  and you usually need a mH dealer on site to sell them  etc etc.

The dealer wants to obtain as much as possible.  

Have it taken out carefully and sell it to a specialty dealer when the time comes.I think this should tip the scales toward covering it, and I almost always refinish my own floors, using my own equipment.
