With the money and academics potentially pouring into RPI and Troy, NY — Do you think these markets will actually explode in the next 20 years?

I didn't have much imagination for it. 5 years ago I started looking at buying a larger home I could house hack because it allowed me to get a larger property than I could afford.

Every customer is assigned to a group of team members there and I imagine each team varies slightly in quality given the human element!

However this would obviously require substantial work and we probably wouldn't have the funds for years.Since I think we'd be losing money to rent it out (if we were to move) at our current rate with a conventional loan, I'm imagining maybe some kind of seller finance situation... which gets back to my question, what kind of deal could we present to our landlord that they might find appealing and gets us the chance to at least break even on rent?

I am having trouble imagining the damage to molded window handles.

I'll provide more context why it seemed this way below.I imagined the call would be an opportunity to learn about their section 8 process and opt into their email list.

I can't imagine people coming to Marco Island for a National Park!  

@David Putz I wonder if someone is maintaining a list of where all the servicers are licensed...I can't imagine that would be easy to keep track of, but I don't know how often they would change.Having a resource that has all the typical fee info and service states for each servicer in one document would be amazing.

I can only imagine a home in florida that has not had AC for a year what the interior looks like.

Any advice is always appreciated.I can’t imagine a more open-ended morass of a call.
