Do not over think the LLC just make sure you have sufficient liability HOI and Unbrella coverage.

Just wondering if you know where I can get the best priced HOI for Landlord insurance for a property in GA? 

Recently we've seen a dramatic increase in our rentals HOI premiums.

Having a strong HOI policy (make sure you review with your insurance provider at least annually), holding your property in the correct legal entity (LLC if that works best), and possibly an umbrella policy covering all of your properties (and yourself) may be a good place to start!

My loan processors for a lender I won't disclose out of the nowhere tells me after factoring the accurate numbers for (HOI, property taxes and flood ins) my ratio came higher than acceptable and to contact my loan consultant regarding loan re-structure.

Let's face it, we get hammered on our insurance for the simple reason that HOI is not regulated in TX.3.
