Funny story is my ex wife's mother went to grammar and high school with OJ.

I became a realtor, what I would love to do is move to a place like Mexico but I have kids still in school.

I am a recent graduate of Penn State University, and currently reside in Bethlehem, PA

Northern NJ is not the best place for retirement but it is a great place to raise a family due to the great schools and for those needing easy access to NYC.

I had two problem tenants back to back-one was a long term tenant and I don't know what happened with her (possibly drugs), the other covid hit and her and her husband split up and she got in with some troublemakers who she knew from high school. 

Add to that we have Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry with students (ages vary from 18 to seniors) numbering a few thousand, with no dorm space, and investors have purchased homes and rent room space to them.

I went to school in Brooklyn.
