Lot less multifamily which is why I haven't bought but it is where I grew up.Make sure you study the eviction laws, I believe tioga County (but could be a different close county im not sure) my lawyer told me that you now HAVE to pay to pack up an evicted tenant professionally and store it for months at your own cost if they leave their stuff behind.

Reason #1: If you're not careful even a bad lawyer can get it turned into a purchase, with all of the rent credited to the purchase.

All the best ones I know are full and not taking new clients.I would encourage you to hit this one hard because they get very busy in a month and they have little to no time for anything other than servicing clients after the Holidays, until May.Real estate lawyer - I use and recommend @Brad Schaeppi.

The article also fails to mention that overall transaction costs can actually be higher in countries where commissions are lower because the agent plays a different role, and due to needing to pay a lawyer for paperwork that agents complete here as part of their job (called a solicitor in Britain) plus VAT taxes and other closing costs need to factored in on top of the sales commissions, which we don't have here, overall costs can actually be higher even if commissions are lower.
