I wanted to avoid all that since that (i am assuming) will make things complicated for me not to mention the timely payment of rent.i am in Chicago cook county and in loop..

Has anyone experienced this in the cook county area?

I know cook county charges extra for their records too and they may not include them.

We got this from our agent:"The cities that are difficult to deal with list:Calumet CityCalumetDoltonBerwynMaywoodRiversideChicago Heightscity of North ChicagoStone Park"We started calling Cook County, "Crook County."

You also talk about Woodford Reserve, the grounds are beautiful and the brass pot stills are amazing.

@Taylor Cook A specific attorney in your state (looks like CO) is the right person to answer this, but I have posed the same question to attorneys and my understanding of the answer echos the info other posters here have given.
