There is some litigation pending with the recent updates by the city council so worst case scenario if it gets reset you'd be ok.

Cleveland City Council has passed a series of new regulations targeting landlords who allow their properties to fall into disrepair. 

That hearing is a recommending body and then moves onto the city council or other full board hearing.
