This works well I would say 98% of the time.

It has rented well over the years.

Iintoo seems to be branding themselves well as someone who is knowledgeable and will only vet deals that are on point to succeed. 

I own a home which I’m currently living in and planning on making a long-term rental property as well once I move out.

New corporate tenant is working out really well.

I have people who will buy in areas that look not good at all but have great upside to be "pioneers" of an area as well.
