I think the combo of being couped up for a year and having free gov money has broken people's brains. we have had TONS of wedding booking requests.

Hi Frank,We have a real estate club now in Puerto Rico, REIA Rico, meeting on the 4th Weds of each month. 

I'm also self-employed and running a full-time photo editing business for wedding photographers, which allows me to be location independent.The reason I joined BiggerPockets is that for a while, I've been very interested in real estate, more specifically in house flipping and short-term rentals.

I was saying that making it more of a destination venue - think Bridal showers, birthdays, weddings, etc. may be the way to go. 

Our guests come here for a number of reasons: visit family, work, vacation, and lots of weddings!

it is also located 1 block from a brewery and music venue.1. is this the best way to structure this deal if I want to keep and operate it long term? 

@Bruce Woodruff we have asked for STR address upfront when we book for family wedding or funerals.

Because most of my savings are in this deal (as well as planning for my wedding in a few months), I feel stuck.
