There are a great many videos and other articles here that can help you get started.  

But I watched a video on youtube and looked around on loopnet to find some stuff not totally overpriced.  

He has a daily podcast and hundreds of Youtube videos where he shows you how to search for notes, conduct due diligence, and what to avoid in this business.
