Unfortunately no, I came across an article that states that Georgia doesn’t have a redemption period.  

This should: A) make the deals attractive enough to sell on their own; B) Should I end up being forced to buy it I will find myself in a good spot, with valuable property acquired at less than  it's wholesale value on the market.

These could be valuable for future investments while you have a good safety net of having a steady place to live.
