You have to buy at deep enough discount to add value.

There are some warning signs you can see when they try and book (No reviews, immediately asking for a discount...), but for the most part they are pretty great. 

As for a $30k "discount", is it?

You can get a lot and build for about a 15% discount to what you are buying for.

I feel your pain… I had to discount more than one property in the past due to trashy neighbors.😳 One property I was trying to sell the neighbor would turn up his music and walk around with his shirt off at all the wrong times when I was trying to show a potential buyer.Another Property, the next-door neighbor had two Doberman pincher dogs that would come rushing up to the fence, barking and growling ferociously when we had a potential buyer.

They want a house…Unfortunately this is a tremendously high risk loan with terms so terrible 1) I will be surprised if he doesn’t default, and 2) he is getting, well, screwed.

If invetory is extremely low, like we have it here in Milwaukee, sellers have no reason to offer a discount.
