For midterm bookings (1-3 months) we list on Furnished Finder and market the property in Facebook groups designed for travel medical professionals and landlords to connect. 

Obviously comes with some drawbacks, but as somebody with two dogs pet allowances are essential when we travel with the entire family. 

Shortage of inventory and stable economy seem to be continuing so still relatively confident in the future.

problem is now a days with inflation and overall costs travelers tend to want to save money.

I feel much more confident and motivated to begin my real estate investing journey.

We support all of our community members and we are closely monitoring the developments, news, and travel advisories to Florida.

I am learning about turbo tenant and feel fairly confident I could manage most things using it (as long as tenants were able and willing to cooperate with using a computer/app)  However I'd still like a property manager/company whose name, address etc is what is exposed on the lease agreement.

I target traveling professionals who are willing to pay a premium for a turnkey rental.What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I think it could fit into our lives if I had confidence that it was the right financial move - hence the focus on numbers right now.
