Are the tenants short term AIRBNB, students, long term tenants that are single and don't cook, etc... 

I used to be a grad student, too.

The amount of Health professionals that live and work near the "Medical Mile", number of colleges with hungry student renters, and Amazon just greenlighted their distribution center here a few months ago. 

Hello,I am looking for a local Omaha, NE student and/or investor to be a stand-in at a local RE meeting that I can no longer make.

That said, if you don't find one, Bowen Law School has a few student groups where many of the alumni are that I could ask for referrals.

Of course they gave a full-time student with no real income a mortgage with just 20% down payment back then.

I am renting to students who have already expressed interest in filling the additional space with friends.

I am interested in wholesaling at the moment seeing as i dont have a job yet(being a student) and think that would be the best path for me to start right now.

I hope this makes sense.I thought I had finally found an answer- there is a local investor here who has probably one of the most comprehensive training programs I've seen as far as the content, contacts and help provided to students. 

@Peter Arroyo I’m sure you’ve already planned for this, but be very cautious on the tenants you select, especially if students.
