Even though the mantra generally seems to be "pick an area and make it work," especially in the twin cities area where the market seems to be favorable, I always strive to make a fact-based decision; even if that "fact-based" is subject to biased-interpretation, it still gives me a warm and fuzzy.

All we can do as investors is learn, act, reflect, and continuously strive to increase our odds of success and reduce our risk on the downside.And I think that's what BP is all about.

My wife grew up in Fl and Hawaii, the winters here are like "beyond the wall" in Game of Thrones to her.lower cost of living, so that we don't need to be striving for bigger salaries, can save more and do more with our money.
