They stay on top of SEO and dynamic pricing, and back to back stays, etc. they work with the hot tub person and the pest guy, etc.

Start marketing...direct mail and/or SEO...lots of it.

I'm working on setting up the SEO so it can show up in search results.

What would you as the customer think is a reasonable price for a one time fee plus a monthly subscription fee to maintain/host the site and potentially provide SEO (Search Engine Optimization)? 

I plan to use propstream and SEO (may need to simplify that) to target sellers, then leave the contacting/following up with a calling agency.

Curious how other people go about building their websites and doing SEO regularly so their online presence is better and hopefully opens up a new line of incoming leads!

SEO......Car magnets on the side of your car.....social media.....local facebook groups on social media.....the next door app...etc

What I like is that Evolve can list and sync calendars on the major booking sites, do the SEO to get listings seen, and adjust rates by algorithm.

IMHO the franchise model works better because it keeps everything local while still providing the needed online marketing in today's SEO race.

I know some units in Summit that gross 50 to 60,000 a year with a little bit of marketing, Google SEO, and aggressive pricing in the off season.
